The Condor Krakatoa is a great pocket knife for outdoor use. The blade is made from 1095 carbon steel with a scandi grind which is tough and easy to sharpen and perfect for woodwork. This is a strong steel that is easy to sharpen and yet durable. However, the blade needs to be cleaned and occasionally brushed with oil to prevent corrosion. The blade is opened with the dual thumb studs. When opened it is locked by a frame lock. Green micarta handle.
