ZT0640 is a new release from 2019, which was created in collaboration with Zero Tolerance and Ernest Emerson. The first thing that attracts your attention is the handle. It was created as a combination of titan and carbon fibre with added green colour. It is shaped and contains jimping on the upper and lower side for a better grip. The 9.6 cm long blade is made of premium stainlesss steel CPM-20CV, which reaches high hardness and corossion resistance but also toughness and wear resistance. The blade has a satin surface finish combined with stonewash and a clip point shape with a flat grind. The knife has a fully manual opening (brass washers) without bearings. One hand opening is possible with a thumb disc. The clip is two sided (suitable for both the right and left handed users). The knife is made in the USA.
