Gyuto knives
Japanese Gyuto knives are versatile kitchen knives, also known as chef's knives. The length of these knives usually ranges between 180 - 240 mm, and they are almost always double-edged. Nothing cuts vegetables and meat as skillfully as Gyuto knives. The wide blade can withstand greater pressure during heavy chopping, which is especially useful when cutting harder foods such as potatoes, onions, or celery.
