The KAI Shun Pro Sho series of Japanese knives offers knives of exclusively traditional Japanese shapes with single bevel blade. The Japanese identity is underlined by the elegant design of the blade with ornamental patterns. KAI pays great attention to detail, and the highest quality materials. The blade of the knives is made of AUS-8 stainless steel with an extraordinary hardness of 61 HRC, which guarantees high wear resistance. The Shun Pro Sho series of knives received special recognition in the 2019 German Design Award.
