KAI Seki Magoroku Shoso
Japanese KAI knives from the Seki Magoroku Shoso series are a jewel in every kitchen. The blades from this series are forged from stainless steel and ground with maximum technical skill. The knife blades are made of 5Cr15MoV stainless steel with a hardness of 56 HRC. The ergonomic handle with a distinctive diamond pattern is completely made of stainless steel.
