KAI Shun Nagare
Japanese KAI knives from the Shun Nagare series of master knives are characterized by special materials, sophisticated design, and technically advanced production processes. The blades of the Shun Nagare series of knives are completely forged from 72-layer Damascus steel with a very subtle pattern. The combination of such first-class materials causes an extraordinary hardness of 61 HRC. The knives from this series have a classic double-sided sharpening, which is typical, especially for European knives. The aesthetic appearance of the knife is enhanced by the gray-black handle made of pakka wood, to which high-quality resin is added to ensure long service life and durability.
