KAI Wasabi Black
Japanese KAI knives from the Wasabi Black series are intended mainly for home use, as they are very uncomplicated to use and suitable for chefs looking for a balance between price and performance. The blades are made of 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58 HRC and corrosion resistance. The knives from this series have a classic double-sided sharpening, which is typical mainly for European knives. The classic oval handle made of waterproof plastic is very pleasant to the touch, also thanks to the use of bamboo powder. KAI knives are among the narrowest top of modern knife brands and are made entirely in Japan.
