Knives 7Cr17MoV steel
Knives with 7Cr17MoV Steel. The name of this popular stainless steel is derived from its composition: approximately 0.7% carbon and up to 17% chromium. The addition of Molybdenum (Mo) and Vanadium (V), noted at the end of the name, distinguishes it from the basic 440A steel and slightly improves its performance.
