Knives 8Cr14MoV steel
Knives with 8Cr14MoV Steel. 8Cr14MoV steel is very similar to—and arguably a slightly improved version of—the 8Cr13MoV stainless steel. The main difference in composition is a slightly higher chromium content, at 14%. The higher content of this component guarantees the knife even better corrosion resistance while still allowing the blade to maintain a good edge.
