Knives CTS-BD1 steel
Knives with CTS BD1 Steel. CTS BD1 steel is a premium, nitrogen-alloyed stainless steel manufactured by the American company Carpenter Technology Corporation. It was developed as a modern alternative and improvement to the classic 440A/440B steel.
BD1 is known primarily for its excellent corrosion resistance and very easy sharpening, while still maintaining solid edge retention. It is a reliable choice for the mid-range of EDC and kitchen knives.
