Knives X55CrMo14 (1.4110) Steel
Knives with X55CrMo14 Steel. This is a German, medium-performance stainless steel. Like X50CrMoV15, this steel is designed for excellent corrosion resistance and is very popular in the manufacture of knives that require frequent sharpening and maintenance. It is the equivalent of the American 440B steel.
