C15 Detail Carving Knife - overall length: 15,5 cm, handle length: 11,5 cm, blade length: 3,5 cm.
C16 Big Roughing Knife - overall length: 16,5 cm, handle length: 11,5 cm, blade length: 5 cm.
Maintenance: Carbon steel holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen but is more prone to rusting. Clean and dry after use; occasionally wipe the blade with oil.
