Diamond stones
Diamond sharpening stones are highly effective sharpening tools. Compared to water stones of the same grit, they allow for faster knife sharpening.
A diamond sharpening stone consists of a metal plate onto which diamond monocrystals are applied using electrolysis. Diamond is the hardest mineral in the world, which makes it sharpen very efficiently and allows it to handle even extremely hard steel.

Advantages of Diamond Sharpening Stones
✔️ Extreme Hardness and Durability: Diamond is the hardest material available.
✔️ Sharpens Hard Steels: Can sharpen knives made from even the hardest steels (super steels).
✔️ No Flattening Required: The abrasive surface never needs to be leveled (flattened).
How to Use a Diamond Sharpening Stone
A diamond stone is typically used for dry sharpening without applying oil or water. However, if you prefer to use water, this poses no problem. It will not harm the stone and will help speed up the removal of abraded steel debris from the stone's surface.
Sharpen the knife using smooth strokes against the edge (into the stone). After use, simply rinse the stone gently with water.
Important Note: Never use a diamond sharpening stone with oil, as this would degrade the stone's abrasive properties.
