A spoon carving set in a gift box from BeaverCraft. The knives are very sharp, producing clean cuts without splintering. Blades are made of 65G carbon steel, hardened to 57-59 HRC. Carbon steel holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen but is prone to rust (the knife should be cleaned and dried after use, and the blade should be occasionally oiled).
