Traditional Spanish knife manufacturer from the city of Albacete with a long history since 1957. The manufacturer guarantees that all parts of the knife are fully made in Spain. Miguel Nieto knives are made of thier own stainless steel AN-58 or other steels such as Bohler N695 or Sandvik 14C28N. Knife handles are made of wood (olive, bocote, birch, cocobolo) or modern materials such as mikarta and katex.
