Knives 9Cr14Mov steel
Knives with 9Cr14MoV Steel. This stainless steel achieves relatively high hardness thanks to its high carbon content (0.9%) and is excellently resistant to corrosion (14% chromium). It is often used in the manufacture of better-quality, yet still affordable, folding and camping knives. It offers the best edge retention without sacrificing corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.
