Knives O1 steel
Knives with O1 Steel. O1 steel is a popular carbon steel, especially for the manufacture of hand-forged knives. It is excellent particularly for bushcraft and hunting knives. It achieves a hardness of 58–62 HRC. It can maintain an exceptionally fine edge that performs well during cutting. Furthermore, it is extremely tough, yet it can be easily sharpened even in the field.
