Paring knives
Small kitchen knives, designed for working with vegetables and fruits. Structurally, these are smaller kitchen knives with a short blade, which can very skillfully cope with peeling, slicing, and cutting all types of fruits and vegetables. Vegetable and fruit knives can have smooth or serrated edges. The length of the blades of these knives usually ranges from 60 mm to 120 mm. In most cases, the blade is straight with a slightly curved tip, which makes it easier to work with larger pieces of vegetables.
