Utility kitchen knives
Utility knives are great for everyday kitchen tasks. You can use them to cut meat, clean smaller vegetables, or chop herbs. The blade length usually ranges from 10 cm to 18 cm.
They are very similar in versatility to chef's knives, but they have a shorter and narrower blade, so they cannot handle, for example, chopping large vegetables or cutting with the so-called cradle technique. On the other hand, they are very handy to work with thanks to their smaller size and low weight.
