A set of three Samura kitchen knives from the Harakiri series. They provide a combination of thin blade out of Japanese steel and a practical ABS plastic handle. They are light and offer a good balance of quality, design and price.
The knives have ABS plastic handle, which is very durable, waterproof, and solid.
The blades are from Japanese stainless steel AUS-8, which is much more durable than other ordinary kitchen knives and retains its sharpness better. It is also relatively easy to sharpen well.
Contents of the set:
- chef's knife (SHR-0085B) - with a wide and slightly bent blade for quick and effective slicing of vegetables, herbs or even meat. This knife type should not be missing in any kitchen.
- knife for bread and frozen food (SHR-0057B) - with an 18 cm long blade. One side of the blade is for cutting bread and the other side is for frozen food, meat etc.
- utility knife (SHR-0023B) - with a 15 cm long blade, ideal for slicing or dicing smaller pieces of meat.
Maintenance: We recommend handwashing the knife with dish soap in a separate container of water, as it is not suitable for use in a dishwasher.
