Product detailed description
A set of five Samura kitchen knives from the Harakiri series. They provide a combination of thin blade out of Japanese steel and a practical ABS plastic handle. They are light and offer a good balance of quality, design and price.
The knives have ABS plastic handle, which is very durable, waterproof, and solid.
The blades are from Japanese stainless steel AUS-8, which is much more durable than other ordinary kitchen knives and retains its sharpness better. It is also relatively easy to sharpen well.

Samura knives
Samura is a modern manufacturer of Japanese kitchen knife, which produced knives together with Mcusta in the past. Since 2010 Samura has been producing knives under its own brand. Samura kitchen knives present a combination of Japanese and European kitchen knives. Compared to traditional Japanese knives, Samura knives are made of stainless steel and are less brittle, eliminating the possibility of the blade chipping off. At the same time, they retain the excellent cutting properties typical for Japanese knives.
Samura knives are made of high quality Japanese stainless steel with hardness of 58-61 HRC. The manufacturer uses AUS-8, AUS-10, VG-10, or damascus steel. The handles are also made of first class materials such as G10, micarta, rosewood or ABS plastic.
