Handle made of black G10 is the main difference comparing to original model 940. Osborne 940-2 contains an ambidextrous AXIS-Lock mechanism and reversible clip (tip-up). Therefore, the knife is suitable for both right handed and left handed users. One handed opening system with a thumb stud. The knife is made in the USA.
