This professional set of Samura kitchen knives contains 3 types of most commonly used kitchen knives. The Mo-V series knives provide a perfect combination of Japanese steel, long term reliability and timeless design. and European knife features. They also combine the best properties of Japanese and European kitchen knives. The set comes in a very fancy gift package.
The knives have handles made of modern composite G10 material, which is very durable, waterproof, and feels very nice to touch.
Blades from a single piece of Japanese stainless steel AUS-8 with a smooth edge. The AUS-8 steel is much more durable than other ordinary kitchen knife steels and retains its sharpness better. It is also relatively easy to sharpen well.
